Sugar Beach Ranch is an iconic 60-acre ocean-front ranch available for holiday makers, event organisers and creatives looking for a unique location to dream up wonderful experiences and lifetime memories.
Our newly renovated, stylish 2bedroom bungalow provides an escape into nature’s playground with endless deserted white sandy beaches just a short stroll away, eagles soaring overhead as you enjoy your morning coffee and whales breaching on the doorstep as you take in the stunning ocean views.
Relax on the bungalow deck, have a dip in the 15m heated pool or lounge under the cabana with soft beats and fairy lights. Wake up to songs of native birds and enjoy fresh eggs for breakfast.
Sugar Beach Ranch is a beachfront sanctuary where you can interact with native animals, experience yoga, meditation retreats, romantic picnics, equestrian therapy or soak up the beach vibes. You can also bring your own horse for a weekend of nourishing beach and bush trail riding.

Sugar Beach Ranch is an operating farm with the hosts living on site. We host a series of horse events on the property which at times utilise the pool area. Please let us know if you wish to book the pool area for a period of time during your stay. We will advise any bookings upon confirmation.

Quiet Hours:
At all times, the tenant, along with neighbours, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The tenant is expected to behave in a civilised manner and shall be good neighbours with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement.
Occupants:
Only persons stated at the time of booking are allowed to be on the premises. This number is capped at 4 persons, unless approved by host.
If more than the authorised number of guests listed above are found on the premises, this agreement will be subject to termination by the host.
Parking:
Parking is provided on the premises. Park at your own risk, no responsibility is taken for any loss, damage or theft incurred.
Subletting:
Does not have the right to sublet the premises.
Inspection:
The Landlord has the right to inspect the premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the tenant violate any
